The Embassy of Afghanistan in Moscow serves as Afghanistan’s official diplomatic mission to the Russian Federation. The Embassy supports Afghan nationals through citizen assistance and consular guidance, subject to official procedures and applicable regulations.

Our team works diligently to ensure that Afghan citizens in the Russia have access to timely, reliable, and transparent consular services.

Issuing and renewing passports

Processing Afghan visas for foreigners

Providing document attestation & legalization

Handling birth, marriage, and death registrations

Offering emergency legal and travel assistance

Supporting refugees and Afghan nationals in need

Issuing and renewing passports

Promoting Afghan cultural and educational exchange
